Oana and Oliver were fantastic with my Maltese Caesar. I sent a request for SAME-DAY dropoff, and they responded immediately and we were able to make it work. They maintain strict COVID protocols and it helped me feel secure with the entire situation. They have three dogs of their own, who are extremely sweet. They sent lots of photos every day and it felt like they treated Caesar as one of their own. They were extremely flexible with pickup, as I switched the day and the time at the last minute.
